The Real Causes of Mental Illness: Toxicity in the Brain

Many of us don’t realize that our thoughts create our reality. If we think we’re in a bad mood or believe we have mental illness for life, then it becomes our truth.

Emotional trauma can injure the brain and cause brain tissue hardening, leading to mental illness symptoms. But psychiatrists aren’t going to tell you that.

Emotional turmoil, trauma, and abuse increase stress in our bodies, causing injury to our brains. 

Toxic heavy metals in the emotional center of the brain can result in classic mental illness symptoms. Our bodies are intricate machines, interconnected systems where one part is not separate from the other.

Your brain, which controls everything, is certainly not separate from your liver or your gut. People talk about the gut-brain connection, and they’re right. Everything’s connected. 

When your adrenal glands are overworked by adrenaline, caffeine, and stimulants, other organs like your pancreas, liver, and endocrine system jump in to assist. But then they all get overworked, leading to multiple chronic illnesses.

The medical establishment labels these inflammations with names like encephalitis, thyroiditis, and hepatitis. 

But knowing the name doesn’t give real answers. 

It’s just an illusion. The real causes of inflammation in our bodies are viruses, toxic heavy metals, and bacterial overgrowth.

Detoxifying the body starts with identifying how toxins are entering it. Is it through household fragrances, cleaning products, or even the air we breathe? Toxins can also be inherited from parents who didn’t know they had them.

Blood tests don’t pick up infections inside organs, only in the bloodstream. Psychiatry is unique in that it doesn’t directly examine the brain, the organ it treats. 

They’re essentially going in blind.

Many people argue that they need their medications, believing that they’re essential for managing their conditions. 

But relying on drugs can be disempowering. 

People don’t realize the power they’ve given away to doctors who prescribe medications without addressing the root causes of their symptoms. 

I’m living proof that mental illness can be healed. I was diagnosed with multiple disorders, including bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, panic disorder, PTSD, anxiety disorder, and clinical depression. Now, I’m free from those diagnoses and medications.

Medications are a multi-billion dollar industry. More people spend money on antipsychotic drugs than on antidepressants. The United States, with only 4% of the world’s population, consumes 75% of the world’s prescription drugs. This is not a solution.

Doctors often blame genetics, but toxins can be passed from parent to child, not through genes but through the bloodstream. Something your grandparents had might have been passed down to you.

Emotional injuries can damage the brain and cause hardening of brain tissue. When you go through a traumatic event like a breakup, the brain experiences a tremendous amount of heat. 

This heat, combined with toxins in the brain, can lead to psychosis. 

Psychosis can be triggered by interactions between toxic heavy metals and solvents, such as those found in cleaning products or cannabis. Cannabis often triggers psychosis, especially when combined with caffeine. The adrenaline and toxins in the brain ignite the electrical grid, keeping the psychosis going.

Emotional trauma and chronic illness can also lead to mild psychosis. Experiencing chronic illness can result in repeated emotional and physical brain injury. Injured neurons in the emotional center of the brain receive messages from neurotransmitter hormones, creating hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to emotional triggers. 

This can lead to PTSD, panic attacks, and other severe emotional responses.

Your brain needs to be healthy to recover from emotional injuries. Emotional strokes, caused by adrenaline and toxins, can damage tiny blood vessels in the emotional center of the brain, leading to anxiety and other mental health issues. 

But don’t despair. Your brain is miraculous and can heal itself when given what it needs. 

Adrenaline, while necessary, can also be damaging when combined with toxins in the brain. This combination can lead to severe emotional trauma and mental health issues. It’s important to detox your brain by eating plenty of fruits and staying hydrated.

Everyday toxins and poisons in the brain limit our emotional understanding and expression. Toxins clogging the emotional centers of the brain can lead to mental illness symptoms like bipolar disorder. It’s not a chemical imbalance that requires more chemicals but a need to detoxify and remove toxins.

Everyone wants to heal. 

Nobody wants to be sick emotionally. 

Industries take advantage of our trust, making us believe harmful things are good for us. We’re taught to self-sabotage and accept side effects as normal. But there’s a point when we realize that something harmful isn’t good for us anymore.

Healing takes time, willingness, and effort. 

It may require professional help to safely wean off medications. Your body can heal itself when given the right nutrients and by avoiding harmful substances. Mental illness symptoms can subside with proper brain health. It’s empowering to know your body can heal itself. 

If you’ve been misdiagnosed with a mental illness, focus on healing your brain by properly hydrating, ensuring enough oxygen, and providing the right nutrients. This journey requires commitment, but the results are worth it.
